Overnight Packing Trips

We do offer overnight Packing Trips. You can either sleep outside under the beautiful million starts sky, or in "old time white canvas tents" in our base camp. You will have the possibility to Fly Fish and discover the back country. Meals are hearty, cooked on wooden campfires.

 

 

Wildlife is abundant in these area's. There is elk, golden eagles, Big Horn Sheep, Bald Eagle, Coyote, black bear and mountain lion in these area's. No need to panic as all wildlife is very shy for any human activity.

The good news is that there is no Grizzly's or Wolves, which allows us to use horses instead of mules during out packing trips. You are in safe country out here.

Our experience is that most guests dream about sleeping outside, near the campfire, with their head against the saddle. However, after one or two nights, most people like to sleep in real beds, have a warm shower and be pampered.
